Available Times
Each bay reservation is price for 4 players, an additional $20 per player will be added to your final bill. There is a max of 6 players per bay. If you need more than 6 players, please book 2 simulator bays. Booking & Pre-Payment • Payment Requirement: 100% of the session fee is due at the time of reservation. We accept all major credit cards and Flight Time gift cards through our secure online portal. • Confirmation: Your "Flight Plan" is not confirmed until payment is processed. You will receive an automated email receipt—this is your boarding pass! 2. Arrival & Late Starts • Check-In: Please arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your start time. This ensures you get your full hour of play. • The "Hard Start" Rule: Because sessions are pre-paid and often back-to-back, your time slot begins and ends exactly as scheduled. We cannot extend sessions for late arrivals. • No-Shows: If you do not arrive for your session, the full pre-payment is forfeited. By booking a session or entering the simulator area, all guests agree to the following terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in immediate termination of your session without a refund. 1. General Safety & Supervision Age Requirement: All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult (21+) at all times. The supervising adult is responsible for the conduct and safety of the minors in their party. Horseplay: We have a zero-tolerance policy for horseplay. This includes, but is not limited to: running, jumping, swinging clubs outside of the hitting mat, or interfering with others while they are using simulators. Physical Health: Guests should be in good physical condition to participate. Use of simulators is at your own risk. 2. Equipment-Specific Rules Golf Simulators Swinging Zone: Only one person is allowed in the hitting bay at a time. All other guests must stay behind the designated safety line. Equipment Care: Use only the provided "clean" golf balls. Do not use scuffed or marked balls, as they damage the impact screens. Ensure club faces are clean before use. Flight & Racing Simulators Seat Entry/Exit: Use caution when entering and exiting the cockpits. Do not pull on the steering wheels, flight sticks, or monitors for leverage. Settings: Do not attempt to rewire, move, or alter the hardware settings of the PCs or simulator rigs. Dart Board Throwing Safety: Only one person at the toe-line at a time. Ensure the area around the board is clear before throwing. Equipment: Use only the darts provided. Never throw darts at anything other than the dartboard. 3. Breakage & Damage Policy Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the facility or equipment caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow safety protocols. Reporting: Any equipment malfunction or accidental damage must be reported to staff immediately. Standard Breakage Fees: * Impact Screen Damage (Golf): Up to $3,000 replacement fee. Club/Peripheral Damage: Market replacement value + 10% restocking fee. Simulator Rig/Monitor Damage: Full repair or replacement cost as determined by a technician. Intentional Misuse: If damage is found to be the result of horseplay or intentional misuse, the guest’s card on file will be charged for the full repair/replacement cost plus a $250 administrative fee. 4. Booking & Conduct Session Time: Your session begins and ends at the scheduled time. Please arrive 10 minutes early. Late arrivals will not receive a time extension. Alcohol & Behavior: We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest who appears intoxicated or acts in a way that threatens the safety of staff or other guests, no refund will be provided i such cases.
