This weekly experience is built around what we do best—simple, high-quality food served in a warm, welcoming atmosphere rooted in Wyoming pride. Each Friday night highlights the best of Wyoming ranch-inspired flavors, classic preparation, and timeless Cavalryman service. We will be serving from our revived salad and soup wagon, a beloved piece of our history brought back to life after resting for 20 years in our basement. Now fully restored, it’s rolling again as part of the experience.
