Recently featured on Unearth the Voyage in “14 Wyoming Steakhouses So Close to the Cows You Can Hear the Moo,” we’re proud to continue celebrating over 101 years of Wyoming hospitality, history, and steakhouse tradition. This weekly experience is built around what we do best—simple, high-quality food served in a warm, welcoming atmosphere rooted in Wyoming pride. Each Friday night highlights the best of Wyoming ranch-inspired flavors, classic preparation, and timeless Cavalryman service. We will be serving from our revived salad and soup wagon, a beloved piece of our history brought back to life after resting for 20 years in our basement. Now fully restored, it’s rolling again as part of the experience. Due to high demand, Friday Night Steak Night is reservation only. 📍 Reserve your table early and be part of a new Cavalryman tradition. A rotating celebration of Wyoming steakhouse favorites, featuring: Hand-cut Wyoming Steaks Perfectly aged and expertly grilled cuts including ribeye, New York strip, prime rib, and chef-selected features. House-made seasonal soups inspired by classic Western comfort flavors. Salad Wagon Experience and classic sides. Our classic desserts plus rotating desserts inspired by the season.
