Loft Rental Rules & Policies At County Line Fire Pizzeria & Tapas, we’re thrilled to host your gathering in our cozy Loft space. To ensure a great experience for you and all our guests, please review and follow these policies: Rental Duration -Loft reservations include up to 3 hours of total time. -All setup and teardown of decorations, equipment, gifts, or personal items must occur within this 3-hour window. -Additional time may be available for a fee if arranged in advance. Noise Policy -The Loft is a semi-private space that is open to the main dining room below. -Please keep noise levels to a respectful indoor speaking volume to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests. -Loud music, microphones, or amplified sound systems are not permitted. Decorations -You are welcome to bring tabletop decorations, banners, or signage. -Nothing may be affixed to the walls or ceilings with nails, tape, or adhesives that may damage surfaces. -Confetti, glitter, or open flames are not permitted. -All décor must be removed within the reserved time. Outside Food & Beverage -Outside food and beverages are not allowed, with the exception of celebration cakes. -A plating/serving fee may apply for outside desserts—please inquire in advance. Supervision & Conduct -Children must be supervised at all times. -Hosts are responsible for ensuring that all guests follow these guidelines. -Any excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair charges. Deposit & Cancellation -A $500 deposit is required for Friday & Saturday rentals. -Deposits are applied to your final bill. -Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a refund of your deposit. Final Notes -Your rental includes a dedicated server or bartender to assist your group during your reservation. - Custom menu options, family meals, and catering trays are available—ask us for details!
