Whole Building Rental Reserve our entire restaurant for your private celebration or special event! Perfect for weddings, rehearsal dinners, company parties, holiday gatherings, or large family events. Your rental includes exclusive use of both the main dining room and loft, a dedicated service team and bartender, and up to 3 hours of private use of the space. You’re welcome to decorate and personalize the experience to make it your own. The rental fee is $1,000 and does not include food or beverages. All menu items ordered during your event will be billed separately, and an 18% automatic gratuity will be added to all food and beverage totals. Guests can either pre-order items in advance for the entire group or order individually from the regular menu during the event. Whole Building Rental – Reservation Policy To ensure a smooth and enjoyable private event, please review the following policies: 1. Reservation & Rental Fee A $1,000 rental fee is required at the time of booking to reserve the date. This rental fee is non-refundable and is not applied toward food or beverage purchases. Reservations are not confirmed until the rental fee has been received. 2. Food, Beverage & Gratuity All food and beverages ordered during the event are billed separately from the rental fee. An 18% automatic gratuity will be added to all food and beverage totals. Menu items do not need to be finalized in advance unless the organizer wishes to pre-order items for all guests. If guests will be ordering individually from the regular menu, no advance selections are required. If the organizer would like to arrange a pre-set menu or buffet, menu selections should be finalized at least 10 days prior to the event. 3. Event Duration & Timing The Whole Building Rental includes up to 3 hours of private use of the restaurant (main dining room and loft). Additional time may be available for an added hourly fee if arranged in advance. All setup and teardown of decorations, equipment, or displays must occur within the reserved timeframe. 4. Decorations & Setup You are welcome to decorate the space, but no nails, screws, glitter, confetti, or open flames are allowed. All décor must be removed by the end of your reservation period. Due to the open-concept layout, please maintain reasonable indoor noise levels throughout your event. 5. Cancellations & Rescheduling The $1,000 rental fee is non-refundable. Events may be rescheduled once (subject to availability) if requested more than 14 days in advance. 6. Liability The reserving party is responsible for any damage to property, furnishings, or equipment during the event. County Line Fire Pizzeria & Tapas is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
