The Green Hour, an Absinthe Class and Tasting Experience
Join us as we sample and discuss the mysterious green fairy, Absinthe! During this experience, you can expect to participate in a discussion about the history, production, and prohibition of absinthe, along with absinthe cocktails and uses. You will also be led through a classic absinthe service, using a traditional French absinthe fountain and spoon, and we will taste and discuss a selected absinthe each month. After the experience, you are invited to stay and enjoy our expansive absinthe and cocktail list! Each ticket secures your reservation for the discussion and one pour of that month's selected absinthe. Please arrive on time, as this is a group experience that runs for approximately 45 minutes.
Available Times
Please let us know if you will be late for your reservation. There is a 15 minute grace period after which we reserve the right to give away unclaimed tables to guests in our wait cue. Please note that due to the size of our space, we cannot guarantee separate reservations will be sat together. Each reservation is for 90 minutes. We are always happy to accommodate guests who want to stay longer, however on busy nights we may require guests to adhere to these time frames so that as many people as possible can enjoy the space.
