The El Serrano Family of Restaurants has come a long way since its humble beginnings in the 1980s as a food trailer at the York Fair. While it is a thousand miles from Owner Manuel Torres' native Peru, stepping through its hand-carved mahogany doors is like entering a Latin hacienda.
