You are booking a reservation that has a time limit of 2 hours. You must arrive at the venue on time. The time starts when you are seated. We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you’re running more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, please give us a call. Arriving later than 15 minutes after your reserved time may result in a wait to be seated or, in some cases, the loss of your table. Upon checkout of this reservation you will be charged $25 per seat booked, which goes towards the purchase of a 1-Day membership to our venue. The fee for this 1-Day Membership is $25 per person / seat, as mentioned above. This fee is not credited towards in-store purchases, such as food, drinks and merch. All food, drinks and other items ordered in-store will be paid separately at the end of your experience with us. THE CREDIT / DEBIT CARD USED TO PURCHASE THE DAILY MEMBERSHIPS / DAY PASSES MUST BE PRESENTED AT THE VENUE UPON ARRIVAL, ALONG WITH THE OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT ID OF THE CARDHOLDER. IF THE CARD IS UNAVAILABLE, A REFUND IS ISSUED TO THE ORIGINAL CARD AND THE DAY PASS FEES WILL NEED TO BE PAID IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL, PRIOR TO BEING SEATED. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY ENTRY TO ANY MEMBER ONE WITHOUT PROPER ID OR THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT. IF YOU ARE A MEMBER OF THE HIGH SOCIETY ALREADY, PLEASE SEND A TEXT MESSAGE TO US IF YOU ARE GOING TO BOOK A RESERVATION. HIGH SOCIETY MEMBERSHIPS COST $150 A YEAR AND MEMBERS DO NOT PAY THE $25 FEE ON NON-EVENT DATES. Please note: From time to time, we may add events to our calendar on the dates you are booking. If an event involves an additional cost or requires changes to your existing reservation, you will have the option to pay the price difference for entry on that date or to reschedule your reservation to another date at no extra charge.
