Wild Ale Tasting
Join us at Fegley’s Bethlehem Brew Works on 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟳th 𝗮𝘁 𝟳 𝗣𝗠 for a special 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗔𝗹𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 during 𝗟𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. This one-night tasting will feature 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀, including selections from our aged lambic cellar and Flanders red offerings from Two Rivers, paired with 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 built to complement the tart, fruity, earthy, and beautifully layered character of these beers. Expect a guided tasting built for guests who appreciate age, acidity, funk, nuance, and the kind of beer experience you do not get every day. Big honey aroma, firm bitterness, a touch of oak, and a funky farmhouse cellar character. 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗶𝘀𝗲 | 𝟮𝟬𝟬𝟭 Brewed by owner and original brewer Jeff Fegley. Notes of burnt raspberry, light acidity, slight funk, and balancing bitterness. 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗶𝘀𝗲 | 𝟮𝟬𝟬𝟲 Brewed by Lewis Thomas and packaged by Beau Baden. Big raspberry jam flavor with moderate acidity and a touch of oak. 𝗧𝘄𝗼 𝗥𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗙𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗱 | 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟭 Brewed by Josh Bushey. Amber ale aged two years in oak on sour cherries with a blend of wild yeast. Moderately acidic with flavors of cherries and currants, background funk, and oak tannins for structure.
