Fifty-One O One (5101) Restaurant at Henry Ford College is a student-run, full-service dining venue located in the John McDonald Student & Culinary Arts Center, serving as a live classroom for students in the Culinary Arts, Baking & Pastry, and Hospitality Management programs.
