Glass Onion Tavern is a quaint restaurant located on Main Street in downtown Weaverville that serves New American & Northern Italian fare simply prepared using mostly local, organic & sustainable products from area farmers & vendors. Our space is small so we ask that you make reservations in advance & if you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance so we may rebook your table. At dinner, we allot parties of 1-4 a window of 1.5 hours to eat, parties of 5-6 a window of 1 hour & 45 min to eat, and parties of 6 or more a 2 hour window to eat. Please note that we get many seating/table requests at our small restaurant. As much as we would like to accommodate everyone at all times, we've found that it's simply not possible. You're welcome to request a seating preference, and we will do our best to accommodate you, but we are unable to save tables or seats especially during high volume times. Thank you for understanding.
