Join us on April 16 at 6:30 PM for a special Oyster & Wine Tasting Dinner with guest oyster farmers from N Sea Oyster Company. Enjoy a five-course dinner with wine pairings, including a welcome oyster royale (caviar oyster), a guided East Coast vs West Coast oyster tasting, a cooked oyster course, a sampling of Half Shell favorites, and an oyster shooter finale. We’ll also be exploring how merroir - place, water, and time - shapes the flavor of each oyster. $95 per guest. Limited seating. Prepaid reservation required.
