You do NOT need a reservation to visit us! Walk-ins are always welcome! We have dedicated tables that are only used for walk-ins. Walk-in wait-times & tables will vary. If you like to plan ahead we recommend making a reservation. Reservations are highly recommended on Fridays & Saturdays. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING PRIOR TO MAKING A RESERVATION. For reservation for larger parties, please inquire by TEXTING us at 262-229-1157 with the following: 1. Your Name 2. Desired date 3. Desired time 4. Desired party size Due to the small size of our restaurant, it is difficult for us to host parties larger than 6 people on Fridays & Saturdays. We do offer catering & private event services, located at our Bay View restaurant. Must be booked at least 4 weeks in advance, with a deposit down at booking. Please email us at hello@heirloommke.com for more information. Due to the increasing amount of No-Call, No-Shows for reservations we do require a credit card on file to make a reservation. Your card will not be charged unless you cancel last minute or do not show up for your reservation. If you need to cancel your reservation, no worries! You can cancel your reservation within the link that was texted to you when making your reservation. You do not need a reservation to visit us! Reservations are highly recommended for Fridays and Saturdays to avoid longer waits. Outdoor dining: Available May through September, weather pending. If you'd like to eat outside on our patios, make a reservation and please note this when making your reservation and we will move your reservation to outside dining if the weather permits. Please note that if you request outdoor dining, we will move your table outdoors if we do not have rain or severe weather. If you are not 100% sure you want to eat outside, please do not note this, otherwise we will swap your indoor table for an outdoor table. Outdoor dining is not guaranteed, but guests with reservations will be made priority when seating for outdoor dining. Outdoor dining is first-come, first-served, thereafter. Please arrive on time to your reservation, early is better, you are welcome to wait at the bar while waiting for your table to be ready. We are a small restaurant and most of the time our reservations are fully booked, that means other customers are likely dining after your visit on your reserved table. Guests that are more than 10 minutes late to their reservation risk losing their table if the table is needed for another reservation. Please text us at 262-229-1157 if you are running late for your reservation. Thank you to the majority of our guests that are considerate of our small business. You will be allotted 1 hour and 15 minutes for parties of 2-3 and 1.5 hours for larger tables. Want to hang with us longer!? No prob, you are welcome to stay longer at the bar or hang on our outdoor patio! Any reservations that are a no call, no show will automatically be placed on a "no reservation list." We understand that life happens, but if you need to cancel your reservation please communicate this to us, at least 24 hours, or more, in advance. If you need to decrease your party size, please communicate this to us right away. Your reservation is made for an allotted amount of people and a specific table is reserved for you to fit this amount of guests. If you would like to add people to your reservation you must contact us first to ensure this is possible. Please do not show up with extra people as there is a high probability that we will not be able to fit your larger party. Text us at 262-229-1157 if you are hoping to add more people to your reservation. In the text please include the name the reservation is under, the date of the reservation, and how many people you would like to add to your reservation. At the same juncture, if you need to decrease your party size, please contact us and let us know to not risk losing part of your reservation deposit. Checks will not be divided on a per item basis. Our servers are not responsible for calculating the individual amount owed for each guests. If tables would like their check split, the guests need to give the total amount to be divided on each card. If this cannot be decided, the check will only be evenly split.
