An immersive, table side cocktail experience. This guided workshop walks you through the art of building an intentionally filthy martini—highlighting balance, technique, and ingredient quality—featuring Towpath Spirits. Your experience includes: A mini martini to start (plus a take-home recipe card to recreate your freezer martini) A guided, table side build led by Hooper your cocktail guide Your full martini to enjoy, crafted by you (plus a take-home recipe card to recreate your Filthiest. Martini. Ever... at home) A personalized, casual conversation with Towpath representative Jessica Paired with a thoughtful olive snack Full menu will be available for purchase after your workshop. Available Times
• All reservations are allotted a 2-hour dining experience. If you require additional time, please call ahead and we will do our best to accommodate. • We will hold your table for up to 10 minutes past your reservation time. Without communication, your reservation may be released after this window. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. • Please note that late arrivals will still be subject to the original reservation window and may result in a shortened dining experience. • If you are unable to keep your reservation, please cancel as soon as possible so we may offer the table to other guests. • The entire restaurant, including bar seating, is utilized for reservations to ensure availability and flow of service. If you require/prefer a specific seating arrangement, please call ahead and we will do our best to accommodate. • For parties larger than 10 guests, please contact us in advance at info@HemingwaysUnderground.com so we can coordinate accommodations. • A 20% automatic gratuity will be applied to groups of 6 or more, or any party occupying multiple tables.
