Wednesday, May 6th from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm Overview Join us for the 2nd of 4 in our Spring/Summer series of cocktail classes - Whiskey! In this small-group cocktail class, we’ll focus on whiskey—learning how their unique flavors shine in thoughtfully crafted drinks. Whether you're new or already a fan, this class is designed to be approachable & hands-on. Over the course of approximately 90–120 minutes, you’ll learn to build three cocktails, each highlighting a different spirit: ✨ A welcome taste of Old Fitzgerald 7 Year ✨ A Boulevardier-inspired cocktail featuring Heaven Hill 7 Year – subtle strawberry notes ✨ A Whiskey Sour built around Mellow Corn – with a tropical flair ✨ A classic Sazerac with Rittenhouse Rye – tailored to your own preferences Throughout the class we’ll talk about whiskey, cocktail balance, technique, bar tools, and flavor pairing. You’ll shake, stir, taste, and sip your way through each drink while learning practical tips you can easily use at home. What’s included: • All spirits, ingredients, tools, and glassware for the evening • Three cocktails you make yourself or with the group • Light snacks • Take-home recipe cards • Gratuity Come raise a glass with us, learn a few new tricks behind the bar. **Event is on the second floor and is not handicap accessible.**
Available Times
We have bar seats and limited dining seats that we use for walk-ins. For parties of 5+ on the weekends, a credit card is required to complete your booking. If you cancel within 12 hours or don't show up, a fee of $15.00 per person will automatically be charged within 7 days. Different policies may apply on special dates. Due to the small size of our dining room, peak time reservations are not guaranteed at their exact time. If there is a delay we will be happy to expedite cocktails and beverages to your party. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to have your table available at the time of your reservation. During peak times, out of consideration for other guests who have reservations and the small intimate nature of our dining room, we limit the dinner dining experience to 90 MINUTES. Dinner parties of 5 or more are allotted up to 120 MINUTES. We limit the brunch dining experience to 60 MINUTES. Brunch parties of 5 or more are allotted up to 90 MINUTES. We will try to accommodate for more time when able to! Different policies may apply on special dates. Please Note: All guests of a party must be present prior to seating. If you are more than 15 minutes late, then your reservation will be cancelled. If you are unable to make it, please cancel your reservation as soon as you know you are not coming.
