In this small-group cocktail class, we’ll focus on whiskey—learning how their unique flavors shine in thoughtfully crafted drinks. Whether you're new or already a fan, this class is designed to be approachable & hands-on. Over the course of approximately 90–120 minutes, you’ll learn to build three cocktails, each highlighting a different spirit: ✨ A welcome taste of Old Fitzgerald 7 Year ✨ A Boulevardier-inspired cocktail featuring Heaven Hill 7 Year – subtle strawberry notes ✨ A Whiskey Sour built around Mellow Corn – with a tropical flair ✨ A classic Sazerac with Rittenhouse Rye – tailored to your own preferences Throughout the class we’ll talk about whiskey, cocktail balance, technique, bar tools, and flavor pairing. You’ll shake, stir, taste, and sip your way through each drink while learning practical tips you can easily use at home.
