Our Green Room is a private, small dining area that we reserve to use for special events and private parties. The dining room is the largest part of our restaurant, adjacent to the saloon area. The Saloon tables are smaller, right next to the piano and the bar. If you really prefer a certain section, please let us know in the "Special Request" portion of your reservation process. Thank you! Explore the San Juans along with our lunch, dinner, and Charcuterie offerings. You'll find fantastic sandwiches, "fancy snacks", steaks, cocktails, wines, and a few surprises on our menus. The Lacey Rose Saloon is located in the historic Grand Imperial Hotel built in 1882. Lacey Black has played ragtime piano in the saloon for over 23 years. Lacey and her husband, Kelsey, opened 'the Rose' in 2023 to continue the tradition of operating a saloon at the "Grand Lady of the San Juan's" that is the Grand Imperial Hotel. The Lacey Rose is a place people come together. We celebrate, recoup after a day in the mountains, laugh, love, cry sometimes, and most of all, enjoy each other's company in the special place that is Silverton. Our door to open to you and yours.
