Chef Hieu and his team will curate a seasonal menu, highlighting a diversity of local and global source ingredients, preparation, and a range of textures. Ōkesutora seats 6 guests comfortably. Our omakase experience is a fourteen-course chef’s tasting menu. It offers cold and hot dishes, a sushi selection, dessert and will be updated based on seasonal ingredients. Chef's Omakase: Our dinner service includes a fixed 14-course seasonal menu that is procured locally and globally. Chef selects the fishes that are flown from Japan twice a week. It is $195 dollars per person a non-refundable prepaid deposit will be paid during booking process, all applicable taxes and gratuity will be added on top of the total cost of your meal. Seating: Our intimate Omakase experience accommodates 6 guests in each time slot, and our system automatically assigns seats. While we will do our best to accommodate seating requests, we cannot guarantee specific placements.
