Introducing Marietta Proper’s 2nd Mixology Night — an interactive evening dedicated to the bold, vibrant world of agave spirits. This is not just a tasting — it’s a class. Guests will be guided through a hands-on mixology experience where you’ll learn, build, and shake each cocktail yourself alongside our team. Throughout the night, we’ll explore tequila and mezcal through four curated cocktails, each highlighting a different expression of agave: A crisp Blanco A smooth Reposado A rich Añejo Finishing with a smoky Mezcal cocktail In addition to the class and cocktail-making experience, guests will enjoy a full dinner buffet, making it a night of great drinks, great food, and a fun deep dive into agave-based spirits. Perfect for cocktail lovers, tequila enthusiasts, or anyone looking for a unique, hands-on night out on the square.

While reservations are not required, understanding our policy ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone. Reservations: We gladly accept reservations for parties of up to 10 guests through our website or Google Reservations. For larger parties, please contact us through our website to discuss availability and arrangements. We cannot guarantee specific tables or seating preferences when reserving online but will try to honor most requests when possible. Reservations are held for 15 minutes after the booked time. Please notify us in advance if you are running late. Reservations not claimed within 15 minutes may be released without notice, except in extenuating circumstances communicated in advance. Walk-in Waitlist: We offer tables without a reservation when available. We operate a walk-in self-seat system at the bar. General Information: We recommend making reservations well in advance for popular dates and times. Please call for further assistance. We offer accessible seating in the main restaurant dining floor. We accept major credit cards and cash, as well as Apple and Google pay. Corkage fees: $25 Cake Cutting: $30 Dress code: No Dress Code A gratuity of 20% is automatically added to all bills for parties of 6 or more. Parties of 10 or more need to be scheduled through a manager or event coordinator. Cancellation Policy: We require a 24-hour notice for cancellation of reservations.
