Founder and Master Pizza Chef Renato Viola, raised in Southern Italy, developed a passion for cooking at a young age. Chef moved to the United States under the O1 Visa category, reserved for individuals with Extraordinary artistic abilities and international acclaim, and opened the first Mister O1 in South Beach in 2014. Mister O1 was born from the idea that an extraordinary pizza requires the utmost attention to detail and the finest ingredients. Since then, Mister O1 has expanded to over 18 locations across the United States and continues to grow.
