Join us for a one-night-only guided dining experience at Oak & Anchor. Enjoy four French-inspired courses, each thoughtfully paired with wines from France, along with a welcoming glass of bubbly and an amuse-bouche to begin the evening. Throughout the night, JP Bourgeois himself will walk you through each pairing, sharing the story behind the wines, the regions, and what makes each selection special. This is a private, ticketed event. The restaurant will be closed to the public to create a more intimate experience for our guests. Evening menu Welcome Course - Ratatouille Amuse-Bouche A refined bite of slow-roasted vegetables with herb oil and tomato glaze Served with a welcome glass of sparkling Frizzante First Course - Beet & Chèvre Salad Served with a classic Pinot Noir Second Course - Blue Crab Claws Sweet blue crab claws with lemon beurre blanc served with Cuvée Amadine Blanc Third Course - Lamb Lollipops Seared lamb chops with fig jam, potato purée, haricot verts, and béarnaise paired with Cuvée Bastien Grenache Final Course - Crème Brûlée Vanilla bean crème brûlée with fruit compote and fresh fruit served with our original cocktail, Le Derner Verre, "The last drink". A blend of classic Brut Champagne and Résidence Pineau des Charentes, a delicious cognac. May 7 | 6–8 PM $125 per person Limited seating available.
