About papercut
papercut is an artist-driven cocktail bar where each menu is crafted to reflect the tastes and heritage of each artist. The menu changes with each exhibition. We also source local whenever possible and aim for zero waste. We use every part of the pineapple. Our regular hours of service are Wednesday and Thursday, 5PM to midnight. Friday and Saturday, 6PM to 1AM. Reservations are for 2 hours, but guests seated in the last 3 hours of service are welcome to stay until close. We always try to accommodate walk-ins.
