Quincy Street Distillery 39 E Quincy St

The tour is $15 + tax ($16.50 total) and requires a reservation and is regularly available Saturdays at 2pm. It includes a visit into the bonded area of the distillery where we produce and bottle our spirits. Learn about distilling whiskey, including operation of the still, making cuts, and storing spirits in barrel. Hear the history and stories behind our products, and about new products to be released soon. In the Speakeasy bar and Retail Shop, you will taste 8 of our spirits (must be 21 years old). Total time for the tour and tasting is 1-1/2 hours or so.
