Ryfe's Chef Tasting Experience - Winter Edition! Happening every Saturday at 7p December through February, our Ryfe Chef's Tasting Experience is a five-course, tapas-style, social experience that allows our guests to enjoy several Chef-selected seasonal items in one visit! Offered in our executive private dining room, the Ryfe tasting-team greets you with a welcome cocktail and tasting-toast before chaperoning you through a tasting-tour that includes wine and liquor pairings and tastings throughout the experience and concludes with a chef-selected dessert. The current Winter menu food items are: - Stuffed Lump Crab, Asiago, & Spinach Cremini - Fried Goat Cheese with Chili-Infused Agave - Miso Black Cod - Tableside Tomahawk Steak - NY-style Cheesecake with Cherry Reduction The total cost of the experience is $69 per person with your $10 reservation deposit deducted from your total. The $59 balance, along with any other purchases you make, taxes, and gratuity, are collected at the end of your experience. While we do our best to accommodate special requests and/or dietary limitations, you must contact the restaurant at least 48 hours before your seating to request them. You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before arrival to get a full deposit refund.
