Please be mindful of requests made, everything is fresh, hand drawn & non duplicatable - Complicated/ Complex designs may be subjected to a delay when picking up

If you plan to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. There is no fee to do so, we understand things happen, and another reason why we do not take prepayments. When you order a custom design, you are acknowledging you understand that every design is hand drawn/non duplicatable, since everything is made fresh to order (and food is temperamental) - delays are common so please plan ahead for a 20-30min grace time. -SJCC is affordable, prices are not raised in order to provide every family with the opportunity to celebrate what is important to them, please be mindful of this when ordering. -SJCC is also a place that supports learning, some decorators may be in training, if this is an issue for you, please let us know when ordering -Inspiration pictures, party invites, any creative ideas, etc are welcome - the more we know about you, the better. -WE WILL NOT ACCEPT FACE REQUESTS (ESPECIALLY POPULAR 3D PIXAR/DISNEY ANIMATION- 2D Cartoons translate much better on the cake), POLITCAL REQUESTS, HATE SPEECH, ETC - SJCC is a safe place for all, and openly so.
