Founded in 2025 by Robert and Antoneta Perkaj, Tangled Apron is a family-owned and operated restaurant built on decades of hard work, heart, and hospitality. With over 30 years in the restaurant industry, Robert brings a wealth of experience from managing and operating other successful dining establishments prior to opening Tangled Apron. Joined by his wife Antoneta and their sons, Anthony and Nicholas, the Perkaj family created a place where guests can feel right at home — gathered around good food, good drinks, and even better company.
