Reservation Policy To ensure we can provide you with the best possible experience, please review our reservation policy below: At The Bloom Lounge, we offer a variety of dining spaces designed to provide comfort, elegance, and versatility for any occasion. Here’s a detailed description of our dine-in areas: Main Dining Room Our main dining area is the heart of The Bloom Lounge, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere with stylish modern décor, cozy seating, and ambient lighting. This space is ideal for casual dining, small gatherings, or enjoying a relaxed meal in the lively ambiance of the restaurant. Semi-Private Greenhouse • Capacity: Up to 20 or 30 guests (depending on the setup). The Semi-Private Greenhouse is an extension of our main dining area, offering a charming and semi-enclosed space that feels intimate yet connected to the restaurant’s energy. This area is surrounded by lush greenery and large windows, allowing for an abundance of natural light while maintaining privacy. Fully enclosed and temperature-controlled, the greenhouse provides a comfortable and serene setting for occasions like baby showers, birthdays, or brunch celebrations. Private Greenhouse Salon • Capacity: Up to 50 guests seated or 60 guests for a standing reception. The Private Greenhouse Salon is a completely enclosed, temperature-controlled space designed to host your special events with elegance and style. As an extension of our dining space, this room brings the outdoors inside, with stunning greenery, floor-to-ceiling windows, and abundant natural light that create a bright, airy ambiance. Perfect for larger gatherings such as rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, and corporate events, this space offers complete exclusivity. For an even more unique experience, you can add access to our Outdoor Garden. Outdoor Garden Our Outdoor Garden is a picturesque open-air space that complements the Private Greenhouse Salon beautifully. Weather permitting, this serene area can be added to your reservation for a more relaxed and natural vibe, ideal for alfresco dining or small receptions. An additional food and beverage minimum applies for garden use. Each of our spaces is thoughtfully designed to cater to your event’s specific needs, combining modern style, comfort, and functionality. Let us know how we can make your next gathering a memorable experience! Reservation Timing: Check-In: You are welcome to check in as early as 15 minutes prior to your reservation time. Holding Time: Reservations will be held for 15 minutes after your scheduled time. If you anticipate arriving late, please contact us as soon as possible. Seating Assignment: Due to our restaurant's capacity, it may take an additional 15-20 minutes after your reservation time to be seated at your designated table. We appreciate your patience. Service Time: Due our high influx of reservations, we have limited our service time up to 90 minutes to ensure everyone has chance to enjoy time with us. If you need extra time please contact us so we can make arrangements to avoid any issues with upcoming events with other guests. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Seating Requests: While we strive to accommodate preferred seating requests, please understand that these requests, or any last-minute increases in party size, may not always be possible due to our seating capacity. Please be aware that upon your arrival, you will be seated at the next available table. We cannot guarantee seating in the specific area requested in your original reservation due to potential delays from other bookings. Large Party Reservations: Booking: Reservations for parties of seven or more must be made directly with our reservation team. Please email us at info@thebloomloungebistro.com to arrange your reservation. Deposit: Deposits are required for parties of 13 or more. This deposit will be applied to your dining experience. Please note that any unused portion of the deposit, or deposits for guests who do not arrive, will be non-refundable. Billing: For reservations of 15 or more people, the bill cannot be split. Only one check is allowed per reservation. Birthday Celebrations: Notification: If you are celebrating a birthday, please let us know at the time of your reservation so we can make your experience special. Birthday Cakes: Guests are welcome to bring birthday cakes ONLY from our sister company, Rum Cakes Factory located across the parking lot at the same plaza. You can conveniently order your cake through www.rumcakesfactory.com for pick up our they will drop it off at the restaurant for you! Decorations: You are welcome to bring modest decorations (e.g., balloons, banners), but please inform us in advance. We ask that decorations do not interfere with other guests' experiences. Special Requests: If you have any specific requests for your birthday celebration, such as a special menu or customized seating arrangements, please contact our reservation team in advance to discuss options. Reservation Modifications: Decreasing Party Size: If you need to modify your reservation by decreasing the number of guests, please note that the deposit for the original number of guests is non-refundable. However, any deposit made will be applied to the final bill. Increasing Party Size: If you wish to increase your party size, please inform us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, it is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Additional deposits may be required based on the updated party size. Deposit Policy: The deposit amount is considered the minimum amount to be consumed before taxes and gratuity. Cancellation and Changes: If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please inform us within 48 hours after making your reservation. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Private Room Cancellation Policy • Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the private Greenhouse space. • Cancellation Notice: • More than 21 days before the event: The deposit can be transferred to a future event within 90 days. No cash refunds. • 14-21 days before the event: 50% of the deposit is forfeited, and the remaining 50% can be used as credit toward a future event within 90 days. • Less than 14 days before the event: The full deposit is non-refundable. • Rescheduling Policy: • If rescheduling more than 21 days before the event, the deposit is applied to the new date without penalty. • If rescheduling between 14-21 days before the event, a $500 rescheduling fee applies. • Rescheduling less than 14 days before is treated as a cancellation, and a new deposit is required. • No-Show Policy: If the group does not show up for the event, the full deposit is forfeited.
