In this workshop, Mark will guide you through two classic vegetarian fillings as you learn to craft dough from scratch, roll and shape each dumpling, and boil them to tender perfection. Expect flour-dusted hands, laughter, and the comforting aroma of a meal made with care. We’ll end by gathering around the table to enjoy the delicious results together — a celebration of tradition, community, and good food.
