Asian Cuisine - August 18th - 21st, 9AM-11AM This week we’re preparing food from several Asian countries. From sushi to spring rolls, dumplings and bao buns campers will broaden their palates, learn new skills and leave with recipes they can prepare at home. Our immersive, hands-on cooking camps offer kids aged 7-14 an exciting culinary journey around the globe. Designed to build kitchen confidence and teamwork, our program fosters a love for international cuisine and equips young chefs with valuable, age-appropriate skills. Each camp week (Tuesday through Friday) is dedicated entirely to the dishes and techniques of a single featured culture, providing a comprehensive and focused exploration. Each day campers will enjoy the fruits of their labors around the table with the meal they prepared.
