Located in the historic Old Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, The Exchange Brewery is just steps away from beautiful waterfront, local shops and the Shaw Festival. Constructed in 1880, the building was known as Niagara's first telephone exchange, hence the name! In 2015, the building was thoughtfully converted into the brewery it is today, with several of its original details still intact. The Exchange Brewery focuses on making exceptional craft beers using only the highest quality ingredients, including local Niagara fruits. Their selection includes a range of American styles along with sour and funky Belgian-style beers and ales. Guests can chose between the below seating options: 1. Main-floor Bar: Here you will find bar seating only, reservations are not available for the main floor bar area 2. Second Level Dining-Room: You can reserve here! There is only stair access to the 2nd level, if you have mobility concerns please include in the notes of your reservation and we can reserve a seated dinning area on the main level. 3. Patio overlooking Simcoe Park: Advance reservations are not available for the patio, outdoor seating is weather dependent. Reservations placed for the dinning room will be prioritized for the patio when we are able to accommodate. *Patio is open early Spring – late Fall, weather permitting *DOGS are welcome for dine-in on the patio only, please note in your reservation if you're bringing a fury friend! Dogs are also welcome in our retail shop if you're stopping by just to purchase beer to go! Reservation Guidelines: 1. Guests can reserve online up to 12 hours before their desired visit time, if you want to visit within the 12 hour window just give us a call at the brewery (905) 468-9888 or drop in to see if we have seating available! 2. Guests can reserve up to 90 days in advance of their desired visit, if your expected visit date is over 90 days give us a call at the brewery (905) 468-9888 to book over the phone! 3. You can reserve for a maximum of 8 guests online, if your party is 9 people or more give us a call at the brewery (905) 468-9888 or drop in to see if we have seating available! The guided tasting includes a 6-beer flight and a tour of the multi-level production facility.
