You can arrive at the restaurant by either water taxi or private boat. At The Meandering Goat, your reservation time corresponds to your scheduled water taxi pickup at the Homer Harbor. Please note that your dining reservation is set for 45 minutes after your water taxi departure, allowing ample time to enjoy the scenic journey across Kachemak Bay. Upon arrival at the property there is a 10 minute walk on a gravel road through the forest to the restaurant. Please wear appropriate footwear. Please be at the harbor pickup point 15 minutes prior to departure. For guests utilizing our mooring buoys, your dining reservation is scheduled for 30 minutes after your confirmed mooring time, providing a comfortable window to transition from your vessel to our dining area.
