Originally from New York City, Jonathan and Joshua Evola combined their passion for innovative cooking and restaurant expertise to launch Tuscan Slice in Waxahachie, TX. Since opening in April 2010, the wood-fired concept has quickly become a beloved local favorite. Shortly after their successful debut, the Evola brothers along with their wives, Aimee & Corin, recognized Tuscan Slice's growing demand and expanded to include more seating, a full bar, private dining areas, and an outdoor patio. This expansion reflected their commitment to providing a space where guests can make lasting memories, not just enjoy a meal! “We chose Waxahachie because it was the perfect midpoint between where we lived—one in Ennis and the other in Arlington—and we were drawn to its strong sense of community,” Joshua shared. Jonathan continued “We knew this spot was special from the start...we built the wood-fired oven ourselves, using stones imported from Italy. The result is worth it!" At Tuscan Slice, everything is made from scratch, with a focus on quality.
