The land 21North is built on was the site of the first school house in Medfield, circa 1666. The building, which was built in 1958 by brothers Allan and Bob Larkin was Medfield’s first official Post Office. After forty years the town outgrew the space, the Post Office moved down the street and the Larkin family decided to fill the building with a restaurant. After several different offerings, this has now come full circle with husband and wife team Garrett and Nikki Larkin's launch, in May of 2024, of 21North Restaurant. Garrett and Nikki have curated a casual dining experience that resonates with warmth, quality, and a deep respect for the community's heritage. At 21North, you'll discover that the centerpiece of the open floor plan is a stunning 30-seat bar, surrounded by custom tabletops, and unique booths.
