From the team behind the renowned Bien Trucha in Geneva, a toda madre is the second child in the Bien Trucha Group family of restaurants. Inspired by the exquisite and vastly diverse food our culinary team grew up experiencing at street stands and local markets around Mexico, a toda madre's ever-evolving menu pairs seasonal locally-sourced ingredients with Mexican recipes and cooking techniques to create a unique menu.
