In 2017, Guy Fieri featured the original Aloy Thai Cuisine in Boulder on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives ("College-Town Champs" episode, aired November 17, 2017). He raved about the Khao Soi: egg noodles, red onion, green onion in rich yellow coconut curry broth, topped with a crispy fried egg noodle nest, garnished with pickled mustard greens and chili oil (choice of slow-cooked chicken thigh or bison).
