Campania is one of Italy’s most exciting regions right now—volcanic soils, coastal energy, and a lineup of indigenous grapes that produce whites with serious lift (think Fiano, Greco, Falanghina) and reds with depth and structure (hello, Aglianico). For this dinner, we’re pouring wines from Cantina Trabucco, a boutique producer in Campania with a focus on expressive, territory-driven wines—including Falerno del Massico, a historic, distinctive corner of the region. Expect a relaxed, Italian-table lineup—three courses + three pours—and plenty of time to taste, learn, and linger.

Wine doesn’t have to feel intimidating — it just needs a framework. Join Advanced Sommelier Matt Brown of V. Mertz for an approachable, confidence-building class on how to actually evaluate wine: what to look for, what to taste for, and how to describe what you like (and don’t) without feeling like you need a dictionary. This is a hands-on, practical session built for real life—whether you’re ordering off a list, shopping for a bottle, or just want to understand why one wine hits and another doesn’t. We’ll pair the learning with tigelle + olive oil, keep it interactive, and seating is limited to 24 guests so it stays personal.
Join us for a one-seating dinner featuring wines from La Sala del Torriano, a small organic winery in San Casciano in Val di Pesa, a beautiful stretch of hills just outside Florence and within the Chianti Classico zone—where Sangiovese is the heartbeat of the table. La Sala is proudly boutique by design: farming with organic principles and leaning into Chianti tradition while crafting wines that feel both classic and current. Expect a lively, Tuscany-leaning night—great bottles, a shared sense of place, and the kind of dinner that turns into “let’s do this again.”
