A little sneak peek at some of the dishes we are going to be cooking up: caramelized pork in fish sauce, tamarind pineapple soup with shrimp, ground beef with lemongrass, pickled cabbage and fresh cucumbers. Each event in this series will highlight recipes from a featured cookbook, both past and present, with the chef or author occasionally joining us in the kitchen as well.
