With hard work and dedication, the two successfully developed Panchito’s into what it is today. Evelyn’s parents, Frank and Lupe Sepulveda, helped the two get the business off and running. And, throughout the years, Roy’s parents, Santos and Aurora Reyes, have been very helpful and supportive with their business ventures. As can be seen, the restaurants, one at McCullough and one at Zarzamora, are known for being very family-oriented and plan on continuing the same tradition.
