Celebrate beautiful food simply prepared and learn the basics of fresh pasta making with Michael Troiani of PaPa J’s. Classes include instruction by demonstration and participation is welcomed. Pasta Making 101 participants will be taught the basics of knife handling and food safety, and, we eat together all that we make. Service Bar will be available on a cash basis throughout the event.
