Every February, /pôr/ Wine House embraces its most unhinged tradition: pairing iconic Girl Scout cookies with wines that shouldn’t work… but somehow slap harder than they have any right to. We’ve been doing this since 2018. This is our 8th year. At this point, it’s science. When This Beautiful Disaster Happens Mondays February 2 February 9 February 16 February 23 March 2 Two seatings each night 5:30 PM — for people who still have plans tomorrow 7:00 PM — for people who say “screw it, it’s Monday” These sell out every year. Waiting will only lead to regret and Instagram stalking. What You’re Signing Up For 🍪 The Cookies You Actually Want Three classic Girl Scout cookies. Not the weird ones. The legends. The emotional support cookies. 🍷 Wine Pairings That Make You Say Unholy Things Three wines, chosen specifically to make your brain short-circuit in the best way possible. Chocolate + tannin. Mint + red wine. Balance? Chaos? Both. 📝 Pairing Notes (Read Them. Don’t. We’re Not Watching.) You’ll get pairing notes at your table — fun, approachable, and zero-pressure. No one is lecturing you. No one is correcting your tasting notes. You don’t have to say “mouthfeel” unless you want to be that person. 🎁 Cookies To-Go (Obviously) You leave with three full boxes of Girl Scout cookies, because sending people home without cookies would be an act of violence. Please Eat Real Food Too Our small plates and tapas menu will be available all night — charcuterie, savory bites, Mediterranean-inspired dishes — all designed to keep you upright, happy, and emotionally prepared for dessert-first decisions. This is not the night to “just snack.” Why This Exists (Besides Joy) This event supports a local Girl Scout troop, helping fund leadership, education, and community service projects. The girls learn confidence, teamwork, and entrepreneurship. You eat cookies and drink wine. This system is flawless. Rolling Deep? Good. Book together so we can seat you together. Thursday Poker Night at /pôr/ wine house Join us every Thursday for Complimentary Poker at /pôr/ wine house. This is a relaxed, dealer-hosted, non-wagering card night focused on conversation, craft cocktails, and lingering over the table. Poker is free to play and open to all dining and bar guests. Whether you’re experienced or brand new, you’re welcome to join a table, step away at your leisure, and enjoy the evening at your own pace. For guests looking to elevate the night, a VIP Reserved Experience is available and includes reserved seating, two featured cocktails, a curated grazing experience, and dedicated service. Cocktail attire is required in the VIP area (no jeans or T-shirts). Poker Night runs alongside Late Night Happy Hour. Thursdays | 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM
