SEAFOOD CHEF’S TABLE – Tuesday, March 24th | 6PM Join us for an unforgettable Seafood Chef’s Table experience featuring a meticulously crafted 5-course seafood-inspired menu. Each dish will be personally presented by our Chef, who will share the inspiration and story behind every course. Enhance your evening with optional wine pairings available for purchase, thoughtfully selected to complement the flavors of the sea. 🍷 Chef’s Table Menu • Red Shrimp Carpaccio Canaveral red shrimp, lemon vinaigrette, chili oil, olive oil, chive, fried caper • Local Fish Crudo Blood orange, shallot, shaved fennel, fennel pollen • Gnocchi with Nduja and Crab Nduja and lobster cream, lump crab meat, chive • Scallop Schnitzel Remoulade, arugula salad, lemon • Citrus Snowcone Limoncello ice cream, grapefruit granita, orange syrup Tickets: $100 per person Tip & gratuity not included. Vine & Olive is inspired by local fresh ingredients to make elevated dishes served in an inviting casual setting. You will see dishes on our menu that have Italian and Mediterranean influences served with a modern twist. We also have a large selection of Gluten free and vegan options. We have 24 rotating wines on tap. You can get a 2.5oz pour and try several different wines to find your favorite or jump right to the 5oz, 8oz or 750ml pour! Kegged wine never touches the air. Meaning the wine doesn’t over-oxidize making it the freshest glass possible! Not to mention, we are reducing our carbon footprint by diminishing bottle waste.
