We are thrilled to invite you to a join us for a special wine dinner featuring selections from Goldschmidt Vineyards, a family-owned estate crafting beautifully balanced wines from Napa Valley and Sonoma County. This curated evening will explore the elegance and power of California winemaking through seven wines, thoughtfully paired with a seasonal five-course menu designed to highlight texture, structure, and harmony. This is not simply a wine tasting. It is a guided exploration of: • Classic California varietals - Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon & Zinfandel • Blend vs. single varietal expression • Russian River vs. Napa • How thoughtful food & wine pairing elevates both wine and dish And if that isn't enough to convince you, we will also be joined by Chelsea Goldschmidt, daughter of winemaker Nick Goldschmidt and namesake of the Chelsea Merlot (which we will taste) who will talk you through the wines & the history of the winery.
