Since opening its doors in April 2016, Zen has blended the bold creativity of Asian fusion with the deep-rooted flavors of traditional cuisine—especially authentic Taiwanese dishes—to deliver the best of both worlds to every table. At the helm is Executive Chef Henry Yang, a Taiwan native with over 40 years of culinary experience. His journey spans renowned kitchens across Thailand and China’s major culinary regions, where he refined his craft and developed a deep appreciation for regional techniques. Among his accomplishments is the creation of the celebrated Mr. Charlie’s Fortune Cookie, a testament to his innovative spirit and lasting impact on Asian cuisine.
