Highlighting what’s freshest and most abundant at the time, with an expected focus on rockfish, salmon, and shrimp. Each course is designed to let the seafood lead, supported by thoughtful technique and carefully chosen housemade spice blends. Rather than heavy or complicated preparations, the menu emphasizes balance and clarity of flavor. Showcasing how exceptional sourcing and simple cooking can create something truly special.
